This policy applies for all reasons within or beyond any party's control and/or force majeure situations, which could result in cancellation or advancement/postponement of Classes or changes in teaching modes and methodologies, for whatever reasons. However, without prejudice to its rights, Blue Ocean may offer appropriate alternatives to its students. Non-utilization of such alternatives will not cast any liability on Blue Ocean nor entitle the Students to claim any refunds in lieu thereof. Blue Ocean will aim to resolve all issues regarding requests for Refunds in a fair and equitable manner. On all matters relating to Refunds, the decision of Blue Ocean Management shall be final
